Ashley and Regina met through a mutual friend in the winter months of 2018. Regina was immediately intrigued with Ashley. Ashley, disinterested in a long-distance relationship, would need much persuasion to entertain the thought of courtship- but Regina persisted. Finally, on Valentine’s Day, after one of Regina’s elaborate gestures, Ashley conceeded and came up off the digits 😂. The two soon became mutually infactuated and, despite the 4-hour time difference of Alaska and Georgia, uttterly inseperable. In a matter of a few months, both had relocated to Atlanta, GA. In September of 2019, Regina asked the big question and Ashley happily accepted. In May of 2020 the happy couple relocated to Regina’s hometown of Flint, Michigan where they currently reside. Although they were robbed of an eloborate celebration (thanks Corona🙄), love prevails. Ashley and Regina will be eloping June 20, 2020 to the city in which they first physically met- Fairbanks, Alaska. It is here that they have had many of their last firsts, and so it seemed a fittingly romantic place to tie the knot.
