As we passed each other in the hallway, he looked right at her and said, “Oh hey, you’re cute.” Bold move, right? She laughed, kept walking, and probably rolled her eyes lol—but he must’ve done something right, because from that day on, he waited for her at her locker like clockwork. Those daily chats and note passing turned into something we never thought would happen. We grew up together, fell in love, and somehow that one cheesy line gave us a story we’re still writing years later.
