What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. We would love to see our family and friends dressed up in their best dresses, pantsuits, suits, and dress shirts! When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that guests RSVP at their earliest convenience or by November 15th at the latest. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and please let us know at the soonest opportunity! If you do not RSVP by the end date listed on the formal invitation, we may not be able to accommodate your presence as we will be sending a final head count to our vendors shortly after.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless listed when you RSVP. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name you will see who is included with your invite. We want everyone to share in the celebration and want to ensure that folks are around familiar company. We appreciate your understanding!

Can guests use their phones during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests put away all mobile devices and cameras until after the ceremony. We have an awesome photographer who will be able to capture all the extra special moments for us. We value living in the moment and ask our guests to do the same! Thank you in advance!

What is the food and drink situation?

Answer

We will be having a variety of food trucks with vegan and vegetarian options included as well as an open bar! Woohoo!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of family or children traveling with their parents. Invited children will be listed within the RSVP section.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time so guests have time to mingle and find a seat! Once our ceremony begins, the doors will be closed until the beginning of cocktail hour in order to minimize distractions.

Can I smoke in or around the venue?

Answer

We please ask that guests do not smoke, vape, or use e-cigarettes of any kind while inside the venue space or on the property. Smoking of any kind will be in direct violation of our contract and would result in a fine. Thank you for your flexibility!
