We’re so excited to share some of our favorite places with you!
Take a stroll down South Congress Avenue stopping to shop, have coffee or cocktails, or to enjoy brunch! Some of our favorite stops include the famous I love you so much mural, Allen’s boots, and the Perla’s patio for a cocktail and bite to eat!
Barton Springs is a three-acre, spring fed pool that maintains a brisk 68-70 degrees year round! Entry passes are required to be purchased (range from $2 - $10). Take a swim or sunbathe on the grass lawn and enjoy this Austin staple!
The trail is a 10 mile, low-grade loop. It winds through downtown, so there are access points and parking all along the route. This also makes it easy to choose your distance, detours, and side trips, all in view of the Austin skyline. You can also take the time to take a dip in either Barton Springs or Deep Eddy pool, both of which are spring-fed pools on either side of Lady Bird Lake (see more details on each below).
Deep Eddy Pool features spring-fed waters and maintains 68-70 degrees all year long! Enjoy the ten-lane, 100 foot-long lap pool or the expansive one-acre wading pool with beach entrance. You can also relax under the shade of the trees on the surrounding grassy lawns. Note, affordable entry fees typically apply in the summer. Stop by Pool Burger, a burger trailer and tiki bar located right above Deep Eddy pool, afterwards for a delicious bite to eat!
Zilker Park is a 360-acre park in the heart of downtown, right off Lady Bird Lake. Explore the area and take in the views of Austin’s skyline!
