Where should I go for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, in the outside of the Gold Ballroom. Walk through the gates and sit on either side. We both love you all! If there is poor weather, we will have the ceremony inside of the garden of the Grand Ballroom.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is in the Grand Ballroom. The cocktail hour is also in the garden of the Grand Ballroom.

What will there be to drink?

Answer

We will have sodas, waters and of course juices for the kids! Beer and wine are complimentary! Drink as much as you like! We will have a cash bar available for cocktails.

I have a food sensitivity/allergy. Who should I contact?

Please let Ashley know if you have any issues with foods. She has a wedding planner that can help with your meal!

Is there discounted hotel rooms?

Answer

There is a block of rooms marked for our wedding venue through Mendenhall Inn. They are discounted through the second week of September. After that, they are based on availability. Call 610-388-2100 and let them know you are with the Hoback/Spiel wedding party.
