Hope Lodge Shuttle

A shuttle will run between Hope Lake Lodge and The Lookout—just a quick 1-minute ride. Pleases note: There is no parking at the venue. All guests must park at Hope Lake Lodge and take the shuttle to The Lookout. The venue is handicap accessible. Guests with mobility needs may be dropped off at the front entrance or park behind the building if needed.

BOOKING DEADLINE IS JULY 1ST 2026. For guest reservations, please call the Reservation Center at 1-800-955-2754 and select option 2 to speak with a representative. If you book online, the price will not reflect our wedding block price so you must call the lodge. Reference the Fredsell-Lyons Wedding room block, then indicate your preferred suite type and whether you’d like to book a one- or two-night stay. A deposit equal to the first night's stay will be required at the time of booking. Hope Lake Lodge is located right on the same property as the venue. They offer a variety of lodging options, including several unique room layouts. Many of the rooms that sleep 8–10 people are adjoining units with separate entrances and a range of different configurations. Scrolling to the 'Room Layout' section will show the different layouts. If you are running into any issues with booking a room, please ask for Molli Rainbow as she is assisting us with our block.
