Can I take pictures or record at the ceremony?

Answer

We're surrounded by beauty, and we want you to enjoy it in real time. Please no pictures or videos during the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Kids are allowed at the resort, and we are happy to have them come along, but our wedding and reception is 18+ Babysitting services are available with a prior request, at an additional cost. For additional information, availability and costs please contact: canif-ayr@hyatt.com

Are the ceremony and reception outside or inside?

Answer

Both events are outside. The ceremony will be ground level off to the side of the hotel and the reception will be on a rooftop. Theres a good chance it will be windy so plan accordingly.

When should guests arrive and what time?

Answer

The wedding party and family should be at the resort by January 15th for the rehearsal dinner. If you are not in the ceremony, then you may show up on the 16th before 3pm at the Lighthouse Gazebo.

Are there shuttle or van services included?

Answer

Is it all inclusive or open bar?

Answer

Yes, once you pay for your flight and room stay, everything else is included. Remember to tip as well :)

Do I need to bring Mexican Pesos before I arrive?

Answer

Your all-inclusive plan includes meals, drinks, entertainment, and many fun activities. However, we recommend bringing extra cash for off-site expenses, spa services, tours, and transfers. The resort will provide US Dollar to Mexican Peso exchange services, subject to availability. Cash payments are accepted in CAN/US Dollars, and Mexican Pesos.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

No, you do not, you can purchase a day pass for the wedding/reception. Be aware that the day passes are around $180+ per day.
