We were encouraged to meet through a mutual friend who thought we'd be great together. Thanks to her, we decided to finally meet at Carmela's Restaurant in Lincoln. We both arrived not knowing what to expect and having plans to be somewhere else soon after. Coincidently, we parked next to each other at the same time. Walking into our first date, I knew we already had a connection. After spending three hours of talking and laughing, and realizing we both fall asleep to the show Forensic Files every night, we knew we were meant for each other. The rest is history....

For our two year anniversary we decided to have dinner at the place we met- Carmela's. After dinner and two deserts, Nate asked the waitress to take our picture and ended up proposing!
