future wares!

Summer of 2022 Ashley and Nate went to camp ready to spend the summer focused on their friends, campers, new memories, and anything but a new relationship (ashley even had a pact with a few friends -- sorry!). About halfway through the summer, Carson, Ashley's twin brother, started to catch on to how often she was talking nate and then her secret crush started to surface to be something real. Meanwhile, Nate was scheming up ways to spend more time with Ashley and get to know her better. He asked Ashley on a picnic date to watch the sunset and prefaced the date with "If this goes well, we will have lots to figure out, but I don't want to talk about long distance and what ifs, I just want to take you on a date." And it was a perfect date! We had no clue what we were signing ourselves up for when it came to long distance, but we knew we both saw something special and wanted to give it our best effort. Our best effort turned into 3 years of long distance & a ring on Ashley's finger and a wedding date set! With that came many plane tickets, lots of miles on cars, and hours and hours of phone calls and face times. We are SO grateful for the Lord's faithfulness and hand in our relationship and soon to be marriage!! We pray that the Lord will use this marriage to reflect the gospel and sacrificial love. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't first for the Lord's sacrificial love for us! We invite you all in to be praying for this with us!!
