Yes, we would prefer guests wear semi-formal attire. No jeans/denim or athletic wear, please.
Our ceremony starts at 4PM ET, so please plan to arrive by 3:45PM ET to ensure that you have a seat.
Yes! A large motorcoach will run at specific timeslots between the hotel and the venue before the ceremony, and will have a few return trips towards the end of the reception for guests. Please note that the motorcoach is only able to operate shuttle services to and from the Hilton Garden Inn, so any guests who choose to stay at other accommodations will be responsible for their transportation to/from the pickup/drop off location.
The vineyard has a dedicated parking lot for wedding attendees. This will be illustrated via signage and a coordinator onsite directing guests. For guests who require ADA accessibility, please contact the brides so that accommodations can be made.
Please let the brides know of any food allergies so that our caterer can prepare accordingly.
While we would love to host everyone, our budget and venue limits will not allow this. Only those listed on the envelope or in the RSVP space will be allowed a guest.
We love your little ones, but we have decided to host an adults-only wedding so that the maximum number of guests can enjoy themselves. Only immediate siblings' children are accounted for among our guest list.
