We are getting hitched!

We headed away to Cape May for Ashley’s birthday weekend. On the night before her birthday the original plan was to propose during a wine tasting at a vineyard. Unfortunately, due to weather our dinner was cut short and attempted to suggest going to another resturant but she declined. So we ended up going back to the hotel, as she laid ready for bed I shot my shot and asked her to close her eyes and I got on one knee and asked her to open. The next words nervously with the box open was “ Do you like it ?”. She laughed and said “YES!” The day after we went out for brunch to celebrate our engagement with a subtle picture post of Ashley and her ring between two drinks. Later that night we went out to eat to finally celebrate her birthday and also our engagement!
