Question

Where can I find the registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is a present to us. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift you can find it on this website! Navigate to the "Registry" tab. You are also more than welcome to contribute to our honey-fund which is also on the Registry.

Question

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other are invited. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you aren't local to the Los Angeles area we suggest you take a look at the 'Travel' tab which contains several room blocks that we have secured. These are very convenient to the ceremony and reception.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend that men wear suits but not tuxedos, and that women wear cocktail or semi-formal dresses. The venue will be warm, so we suggest lightweight fabrics. Women can certainly wear dress pants or a pantsuit instead of a dress. We suggest choosing an outfit in a semi-formal or cocktail style, rather than a casual or business style.

Question

How do guests RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP for our wedding, please visit our wedding website and navigate to the RSVP page. There, you will be prompted to enter your name and the number of guests in your party. You will also be able to mail in your rsvp in the return envelope in the invitation.

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We would prefer guests to RSVP as soon as possible but if they are unable to our deadline is May 1st 2023. This way we can make any accommodations to our reception space.

Question

What is the timeline of the wedding day?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at Holy Family Church at 2:15 pm. The bride will walk down the aisle at 2:30 pm, so we kindly request that guests arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand. We recommend arriving between 2:00 pm and 2:15 pm to ensure that you have enough time to find your seat before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony, the reception will be held at the Atheneum, which is about a 10-minute drive from the church. Cocktail Hour will begin at 4:00 pm, followed by dinner and dancing at approximately 6:00 pm. The reception will conclude at 10:00 pm. We recommend allowing plenty of time to travel between the ceremony and reception locations, and suggest carpooling or using ride-sharing services if possible.

Question

Where can I park my car?

Answer

Parking for the wedding ceremony is available at the church parking lot off Oak St. If the lot is full, we recommend parking at South Pasadena High School off Fremont St. As a last option, there is parking across the street from the church off Rollin St. at the Youth Center. For the reception at the Atheneum at Cal Tech, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Valet parking will also be offered as an option for your convenience. We recommend that guests arrive early to allow ample time for parking and to avoid any potential delays.
