Traveling by Air

We’re so excited to welcome you to our wedding celebration! For those traveling by air, the most convenient airport to fly into is Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s located about 20 minutes from the hotel and offers a wide range of flight options from many major cities. We recommend booking flights early to get the best rates and availability. Once you arrive, rental cars and ride-shares are all available for transportation to your accommodations. If you have any questions about travel logistics or need help coordinating, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’re so excited to have you join us for our wedding celebration! Your presence means the world to us, and we want to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We’ve reserved a block of rooms nearby with special rates just for our guests. You’ll have the option to choose between a guest room, a 1-bedroom villa and 2-bedroom villa, depending on your needs. The prices below should be reflected on the below link. If you do NOT see one of these options and would like to book it, please let us know and we can add more rooms! Guest room $165 One Bedroom Villa $215 Two Bedroom Villa $315 Note- parking is included with the room block. To book, please use the link provided. Wedding Day Shuttle

We will providing transportation to the wedding from Grande Vista and back to the hotel after! We will provide 9PM and 11PM transportation back to the hotel once you are ready to wrap up the party. If you feel you may need other transportation accommodations, please let us know prior to making them!
