Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore all of your kiddos, we would love everyone to have a great time enjoying themselves and their partners alongside us. We kindly ask that you leave your kids at home, for this fun adult night out!

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, both our Ceremony and Reception will be held at The Towers. Both will take place indoors, unless we get a freak 60-degree day in the middle of December. #newenglandweather

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block set up with The Hampton Inn South Kingston, RI. Please see our travel tab on our website to access the link to the block! IMPORTANT NOTE: Hotel check in is at 3pm. If you are arriving Saturday, they unfortunately cannot guarantee early check in. If you are concerned you may call the hotel and provide them your ETA to see if they can accommodate an early check in.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a bus from The Hampton Inn South Kingston. We have a room block set up at this hotel. The bus will pick up at The Hampton Inn at 2:45pm and drop off at the Towers at 3:00pm prior to the ceremony start. A bus will also pick up at the Towers after the Reception and drop off at The Hampton Inn. 9:30pm If you choose to stay at a different hotel, we will NOT provide pick up or drop off to any other location.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is street parking available next to The Towers and along the sea wall on Ocean Road. This parking is free and should be readily available as it is off season.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Winter Cocktail attire, preferably knee length or longer dresses.

What is the color scheme?

Deep reds, whites, and hints of gold.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

There will be a place when you RSVP online to provide any restrictions or allergies. Or if you would prefer to directly reach out to Matt or Ashley, please feel free to call or text us! Our caterers are great and are very willing to accommodate any dietary concerns we may have!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we will have an open bar! Although please bring some cash to tip our lovely bar tenders!

Will there be a group line dance?

Answer

Yes, we will be having the DJ play Footloose for us all to dance the line dance to! This is a family tradition in Matt's family, and we don't intend to let it end with us!!
