August 2019- The maid of honor Introduced us. At first, we were both shy but soon started to talk more and we got comfortable with each other. October 30, 2019 -We had our first official date at the "Breakfast Republic" in Liberty Station. We were both so nervous, but we couldn't stop smiling! We talked the whole time, and made more plans to spend time together, and get to know each other more. August 7, 2020- After Spending the whole day together, he ended the night asking me to be his girlfriend. I was officially dating my best friend. December 09, 2023- The day started with what seemed to be our annual trip to 123 Farms in Cherry Valley, to see the Christmas lights. After a long drive there, we had a late lunch and did a little shopping afterwards. As the sun was setting, 123 farms opened and we started to walk around looking at the christmas lights and taking pictures. Anyone who knows him, knows he's such a silly guy, but as time went by, he became more serious and looked nervous. We walked into a path of olive grove trees lighted up in Christmas lights. We took a couple more picture and then he said, "Turn around and I'll take a picture". I turned around and he took the picture, but didn't say anything else, when I turned around, he stood there with a box in his hands and I saw our families coming out behind him, and when I looked again, he was on one knee. I looked at him and I said "NO WAY! STOP IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING?? " He then asked me " Will you marry me" I started to cry and was so shocked I had to ask him if he had already asked me! He then said "Yes, Will you marry me?" I said "Yes!" and cried more. It took me the whole night to let it sink in ... But WE WERE OFFICIALLY ENGAGED ♥ ... Our hearts are overflowing with joy as we eagerly await the moment, we can finally call each other Husband and Wife.
