We’re here almost every weekend because we love it that much! Ela’s modern Indian cuisine, creative cocktails, and cozy outdoor bar have totally stolen our hearts (and stomachs). If it weren’t our wedding weekend, there’s a good chance you’d find us sitting outside at the bar. Do yourself a favor and go—you’ll thank us later!
The Wyndham Grand is located right in the heart of Harbourside, so you’ll find plenty of great spots just steps away. For a healthy meal or coffee, Pura Vida is a favorite. If you’re in the mood for some Mexican, head over to Calaveras Cantina for tasty food and a fun vibe. There are also plenty of other spots to grab a bite or a drink—everything you need is right here in the same area!
If you’re in the mood for great tacos and good vibes, Papi Chulo Tacos is a must-visit. Their Papihour runs until 6:00pm, so you can enjoy drink specials and tasty bites whenever you’re hungry. Whether you’re swinging by for a quick taco or kicking back for a relaxed meal, it’s always a good time. We love it there—and we know you will too!
This is a local favorite for a reason! If you're in the mood for some good, casual food, Dune Dog Café has got you covered with awesome burgers, hot dogs, and seafood. It's the perfect spot to kick back and grab a bite after a day of fun in the sun.
If you’re looking for the ultimate taco fix, Tapatia Supermarket is Marco’s go-to spot. It’s where he picks up the best tacos and chicharrones (because who doesn’t love crispy pork skin?). Marco begged to add this to the list—so, consider this his personal recommendation. It’s a no-frills place, but the flavors are top-notch.
If you’re in the mood for a great beer selection, tasty food, and live music, DAS Beer Garden is the place to be! It’s a chill spot with a huge variety of beers, plus some delicious bites to go with your drink. If you head over, make sure to try Fresh by Civil Society—it’s our favorite local beer and a must-try while you’re there!
A beautiful spot with great views and a little bit of local history. The walk to the top is short but rewarding, offering a panoramic look at the coastline and Intracoastal. It's a peaceful place to explore and a nice break from the beach or busy restaurants.
This nonprofit sea turtle hospital is always a meaningful stop when we’re in the area. You can see rescued sea turtles up close, learn about marine conservation, and even catch a turtle release if you're lucky. It’s great for all ages and just a short walk from the beach—well worth a visit if you have a little time to explore.
