Why Cant I RSVP yet?
Answer
We love that you’re excited to RSVP! But we’re not quite ready just yet, we’re still finalizing meal selections and a few wedding details. RSVPs will open in a few months, and all the necessary information will be included with your formal invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we’ll be celebrating all week with a few optional events for our guests and family to enjoy! Love in the Tropics Kickoff Dinner - 02.22.27: Time: TBD Join us on the beach as we kick off the celebrations with an evening of great food, refreshing drinks, and tropical vibes. We’re so excited to welcome you in such a beautiful setting. Sun & Sea Celebration - 02.23.27: Time: 11:00 am - 3:30 pm Spend a laid-back day in the Florida sunshine with us! Relax, unwind, and enjoy time at the beach and pool as we soak up the fun together before the big day. Farewell & Sea You Soon - 02.25.27: Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm If you’re still in town, feel free to stop by for a casual goodbye. We’ll be taking it easy after the celebrations and would love the chance to see you one last time. All events are completely optional—join us for as much or as little as you’d like! Are kids welcome?

Yes, your kiddos are welcome! Your invitation will list any children included in your party. If you have a baby who isn’t listed, please know they are absolutely welcome as well. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Where do I fly into? Transportation from airport to Key Largo?
Answer
We suggest flying into Miami International Airport for the best ticket price. However, exact travel details will be shared soon on the Travel page. For transportation, we recommend using Uber if you prefer not to rent a car. If you’re considering a rental, we suggest checking out Turo.com, which offers privately owned vehicles with a wide range of options and price points.

Each RSVP has been assigned to include the invited guest and their designated plus one. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Each event includes a suggested dress code to help guide your look. The Love in the Tropics Kickoff Dinner is sunset beach attire, the Sun & Sea Celebration is beachy and casual, and our wedding day is beach formal. If you’d like a little extra guidance, browsing online can be a great way to find inspiration and ideas!

Venue & Weather Details
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the beach, right in the sand. We recommend choosing footwear accordingly and avoiding thin heels. February in Key Largo offers warm, beautiful weather, with daytime temperatures typically in the mid to high 70s and evenings cooling down into the low 70s. Light, breathable clothing is perfect for the day, and bringing a light sweater or jacket is a good idea for breezy evenings by the water.

When should we fly in for the wedding?
Answer
This is entirely up to you! If you plan to join us for all the wedding week events, we recommend arriving Sunday night or early Monday morning to allow for any potential travel delays, as the first event is Monday evening. If you’ll just be attending the wedding, we suggest arriving Tuesday night or if need be early Wednesday morning. The wedding will begin at approximately 4:00 PM on Wednesday the 24th. We kindly ask that you please RSVP if you plan to attend the welcome dinner on Monday and the daytime event on Tuesday, so we can plan accordingly for food. These events are completely optional!
