We’re getting married!

We knew of each other from Mundy’s Mill High School, by graduating just a year apart. Starting in 2015, we would always connect and see each other through mutual friends. Whether it was a house party, local stores, or a football game, we would always run into each other. Those same mutual friends insisted that we would make a great couple. In 2016, we took that chance and began to date and learn each other. It was both our first relationship, so it wasn’t easy at first. Finally in 2017, we decided to make it official. Ever since then, we have overcome obstacles unimaginable to others, but have always decided to fight for our love and stick together. Now we are soon to be Mr. & Mrs Young #foreveryoung.

After months of Lex bragging everyday about how he had a ring and was ready to propose. I, Ashley decided to just ask for a proposal March 2019, right then and there in our house. So he proposed without hesitation, in the middle of me watching my favorite show. Even though he wanted a proposal in front of the family, I appreciated the intimacy and one on one.
