The venue has multiple cabins on site reserved for family and wedding party. If there are any left over, we would be more than happy to have you stay. There will also be hotels in Russellville, about 15 minutes away from the venue.
Yes! We will have beer and wine there for people to drink. Please drink responsibly and don't bring your own!
No specific dress code or colors, but please wear semi-formal clothing! It will be more cocktail/semi-formal!
Willow Oak Lodge 8410 US-43, Spruce Pine, AL 35585 The drive up, once through the gates, is all gravel so please keep this in mind if you are driving a car. Cars can make it up but please be aware!
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early. After parking, the venue will have golf carts taking people to the ceremony spot and this will give them additional time to get guests down.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event so you all can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate and party with us!
Unfortunately, unless stated otherwise in your invitation, we ask that you don't bring a plus one. We have a strict guest list in order to stay in budget, and will only be able to accommodate those listed in the invitation.
We ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible that way we have everything prepared ahead of time. This makes our planning go as smooth as possible. At the very latest please let us know by 04/19/2026.
Yes! Please join us after the ceremony for food, drinks, music, and a good time!
The ceremony will be outdoors but in a covered pavilion. Reception will be indoors.
