Question
Is there parking for the horse races or wedding reception?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking at the wedding venue and at Keeneland. There will also be shuttles to and from wedding venue and the recommended hotels. There are Ubers and Lyfts in the area - but can be limited as you get further away from downtown. Keeneland: Please refer to the map above. Keeneland has a large amount of free public parking anywhere on “The Hill” or in “The Meadow”. There are shuttle stops at each location that bring patrons to and from the racetrack in regular cycles. Our tailgating tent is located on “The Hill” adjacent to the Keeneland entertainment area and official betting tent. We are Tent 4 on The Hill. It will be well marked! For rides back to the hotels from Keeneland, in the event that Uber and Lyft wait times are too long, we have hired a driver for the weekend to help shuttle people back to the hotels. Please text Marvin ((859) 312-4014) to schedule a ride in the event Uber / Lyft is not available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, definitely! There will be multiple options based on dietary preferences and you will be able to list any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Please text Ashley (203-815-3820) with any accommodation requests or questions.
Question
Should I rent a car?
Answer
If you would like to do the Kentucky bourbon trail or see other sites in the area, having a car is helpful. There are Ubers and Lyfts generally available from downtown. However, Ubers and Lyfts are less available as you get farther away from downtown Lexington. If you do not wish to rent a car but would like to see the sites, there are also several tours that can be booked. Please see our travel page for more info.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is black tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear a formal dress or dressy separates.

Is there a shuttle for the wedding?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will depart from the Hilton Downtown at 4:10 PM (21c and Marriott guests are encouraged to walk 5 minutes to this location). Another shuttle will depart from The Manchester hotel at 4:10 PM. Return shuttles to the Hilton downtown and The Manchester will run hourly from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with the final shuttle departing at 1:00 AM. (Departure times: 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, and 1:00 AM.) If you are returning to a home or airbnb, we hired a driver for the weekend to help with rides home.
