Shuttle & Pickup Details
We’ll be organizing shuttles and car pickups from Liberia Airport to the property so no one has to worry about transportation. To make this work smoothly, we’ll need your flight details and arrival/departure times—you’ll be able to share that with us when you RSVP. Once we have everyone’s info, we’ll coordinate the schedules and make sure you’re taken care of!

We’ll be coordinating all housing details for our guests, so once you RSVP, we’ll make sure you’re set with a spot. Housing will be provided from Thursday night through Sunday morning. Just pack your bags and get ready to celebrate!

Extended Stay Options
If you’d like to arrive before Thursday or stay past Sunday morning, there are some great hotels nearby to extend your trip. Two options close to the property are the Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica and Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas. There are likely other places in the area as well, so feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!
