While I did ask everyone to please respond by March 4th, the real answer is “the sooner the better”. This helps us in ensure we have everything we need and the ability to give proper amount of notice to our venues.
Ceremony: We ask you try to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time, which is 4pm. Please keep in mind that you’ll need to give yourself time to find parking and get around any traffic. Reception: We will leave the ceremony venue by 5pm and we hope to arrive at the venue by 6pm. We ask you get yourself a drink at the bar or from one of the designated servers and find your seat until we arrive. Please be courteous of our photographer taking a few quick pictures of our set up prior to everyone’s arrival.
Yes, we are asking guests to wear semi formal/business attire. Think cocktail dresses or button up shirt with dress pants and a tie.
Both ceremony and reception will be outside but will have availability to step outside should you need to.
Yes! We had you pick your protein selection or children’s meal when you RSVP to ensure we have the correct amount of food. This will be a buffet style spread and will include things like salad, pasta, protein of choice and a few other options! We will also have cake at the end of course!!
