Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Most major airlines fly into Phoenix. It's an American Airlines hub, so they usually have the cheapest fares and most options. Sedona is a two-hour drive from Phoenix. We would recommend renting a car. There is also a shuttle or bus you can take from the Phoenix airport to Sedona (details below).

Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Sky Rock Sedona will be the hub of the weekend, so we would encourage people to stay at this hotel! It is next door to the wedding venue and the after party and Sunday brunch will be held here. This is where the shuttles will leave from for the welcome party on Friday. We also really want this weekend to feel like a big group vacation with all our favorite people, and having people here will add to that community feeling! The hotel has a very particular booking system. You must use the link and initially only book 5/8/26-5/10/26 even if you are planning to stay longer. If you do want to extend your stay, they will honor the group block rate up to 3 days before and 3 days after those dates, but you have to book the 2 contracted nights of 05-08 and 05-09 with the link and then email Jared Lagemann if you wish to stay any additional days. His email is: jaredlagemann@skyrocksedona.com He will get back to you within a business day to extend if available. Please put “Ashley and Justin’s Wedding” in the email subject line of any requests. If you need an ADA room please book one of the premium rooms and then email Jared to assign.
