Question

RSVP UPDATE - As of June 24th, 2026

Answer

FYI - Our guest count and seating arrangements have been finalized. Invitations without a response by the RSVP deadline of June 1st were released to other confirmed guests. Thank you for your love, support, and well wishes.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is June 1st. Please note that if you decline, we may offer your reservation to another loved one, so we kindly ask that you confirm your attendance accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Do I need to wait for a paper invitation before I RSVP? I haven't received mine in the mail.

Answer

No, please RSVP before June 1st, if you received a digital save‑the‑date. We’ve already sent paper invitations as of April 9th to guests whose mailing addresses were provided via the information link upon sending digital save the dates. If you didn’t receive an invitation by mail, we likely didn't have your address on file at time of mailing, but we’d still love for you to join us. Please RSVP online.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your RSVP does not already include a plus one for your party, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. We have a beautiful large family and are trying to include as many of our closest loved ones as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the preferred dress code is all black formal or cocktail attire

Question

Where is the venue?

Answer

The venue is located in downtown, Centennial Park, on the rooftop of our main recommended hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will feature both indoor and outdoor celebrations.

Question

Which hotel do you recommend we stay at?

Answer

The choice is entirely up to you! All three hotels have been carefully selected and toured by your bride and groom, and we think you’ll enjoy any of them. For your reference, the bride will be staying at the Embassy Suites, while the groom will be at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Question

How do I change my Hilton hotel reservation to arrive earlier (Thursday or Friday–Monday)

Answer

On the Hilton booking page, click “Edit Stay” at the top and update your arrival/departure dates.

Question

I am unable to change my hotel reservation dates online. What should I do?

Answer

Each hotel room block has a limited number of rooms for specific dates. If you can’t modify your reservation online, the block is likely full. Call the hotel you’d like to stay at and request a courtesy extension to cover your preferred dates; they can usually open additional rooms for you. The bride and groom will also check for additional availability when possible.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the hotel or venue?

Answer

If you choose not to rent a car, we recommend using a car service such as Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation from the airport to your hotel or the venue.

Question

What is the schedule for the wedding weekend? Are there any other events I should know about?

Answer

There will be events starting Saturday afternoon leading up to the wedding day. Please check back on our website closer to the date for more details, which will be posted on the Information page.

Question

I don’t want to miss anything, when should I arrive to attend all pre-wedding events?

Answer

To participate in all pre‑wedding activities, plan to arrive by Friday evening. The wedding party will be in town for a pre‑wedding night out Friday (for those who want to join). On Saturday afternoon there will be a welcome gathering (time and location to be announced closer to the wedding). Sunday morning is free for relaxing or sightseeing, and the wedding ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, please plan to be at the venue by then.

Question

Will I need to rent a car for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Renting a car is entirely up to you, but it may not be necessary. All of the weekend’s events and the wedding venue are just a short walk from the three recommended hotels. Please note that each hotel charges a nightly parking fee. We recommend checking with your preferred hotel for their current parking rates or to see if parking is included with your stay.

Question

Closer to the wedding or when we arrive, should we call the bride or groom?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests direct any questions to our Matron of Honor, Maid of Honor, Best Man, or Wedding Planner. Their contact information will be provided on this page one month before the wedding, so please check back then for any assistance you may need.
