We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early, as our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. It’s very important to us that everyone we love is there when we start—we want to see all your smiling faces and feel your presence as we begin this special moment together. Please plan to arrive with enough time to park, get settled, and join us before the celebration begins.

Our wedding will be a formal celebration, and we kindly ask guests to dress accordingly—please no jeans or t-shirts. We want everyone to look and feel their best while keeping with the elegant atmosphere of the day. We also understand that fall brings a beautiful array of colors that many people enjoy wearing, so please feel free to choose any color or style that makes you comfortable and confident without worrying about matching the wedding colors.

Due to the size of our venue, only a few family children will be invited to the wedding. This was a difficult decision, but we made it so we can include as many of our adult friends and loved ones as possible in our celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. Since our wedding is in the fall, we expect the weather to be around 65 degrees—comfortable and perfect for celebrating outside. However, if it happens to be colder or the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony indoors to keep everyone warm and comfortable.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but for those who wish to give, we kindly prefer cash gifts or contributions to our cash fund listed in the registry. This will help us as we begin our next chapter together and create lasting memories from our honeymoon and future adventures. We do have a registry to make things easy, but please don’t feel obligated to stick to it.

11. Although the ceremony will be held outdoors, all areas of the venue have a brick path, except for the parking lot. Because of this, wearing heels should be perfectly fine and comfortable throughout the event. We just recommend a little extra care when walking to and from your car.

Dinner will be served buffet-style and will include your choice of beef, chicken or pork, along with plenty of delicious sides—so there’s no need to let us know your selection in advance. We’ll also have an open bar throughout the evening, so come hungry, thirsty, and ready to celebrate with us!
