Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. You can RSVP by going under the RSVP tab. You can also RSVP by texting Ashley at (423)883-6292.

Where is the Reception taking place ?

Answer

The Reception will take place in the Kincaid Ballroom at the Westin.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. We kindly encourage guests to dress in a polished yet comfortable style—think dressy, but not overly formal. Please avoid wearing white! Inspiration Pictures can be found under the "Attire" tab Please avoid wearing jeans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check your invitation—if a plus one is included, it will say so there.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Of course, you’re welcome to bring your kids! Just a heads-up that the reception will include music with adult language and there will be alcohol, so it might get a bit rowdy later in the evening. We totally trust you to decide what’s best for your family, and we’re just happy you’ll be there! Just let Ashley or Josiah know if you’re planning to bring the kids by August 1,2026.

Is there parking ?

Answer

The Westin is a Valet only hotel, the overnight parking is $30, Daily event rate is $15. Self parking can be found across the street at The Citi Park Garage.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be indoors however, there will be access to the outdoor terrace where there will be dancing!

Yes - We will be having a Cash Bar
