Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask everyone RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than March 9th.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event. We ask men to wear a suit or tux, and women to wear a floor length dress.

Will the ceremony & reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors with some grass to walk through if weather permits. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel. Please note - there are no Ubers or Lyfts around the venue. You’ll have to wait for our shuttle to pick you up at the end of the night to go back to the hotel.

Can I drive?

Answer

Yes, you can park at the venue. There are only 50 parking spots at the venue. Please carpool if you can.

When time are the shuttles?

Answer

The shuttles will pick you up from the hotel at 3:15pm. We will transport you back to Charlotte at the end of the evening.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity constraints, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask you to not bring your kids to the wedding. This will be an adult only wedding.
