While on our annual vacation to the UP, Joey popped the question on August 8th 2023 at Summit Peak in the Porcupine Mountains! Why the Porcupine Mountains you may wonder? Over the past 10 years we have traveled to the UP and split our time between the Keweenaw Peninsula where Ashley grew up and Silver City where her family has called home for generations. We love the area so much that we couldn't think of a better place to get married! Our wish is not only for you to attend our wedding, but for you to experience one of the most beautiful places on earth first hand. Whether you are traveling one hour or 12 hours, we are so incredibly excited and honored to celebrate the next chapter of our lives.
