We have a block rate at the Spring Hill Suites. Please visit the "Travel" tab and use the link to book your room at the discounted rate. We will also have a shuttle available for transportation to and from this hotel to the venue. Please book your room as early as possible! There may be limited availability of rooms. Should the block be full and/or the hotel has no availability, there are several other hotels in close proximity. Please contact us if you need any assistance!
Yes! Shuttles will be bringing guests from the Spring Hill Suites to the venue as well as home at the end of the night. It's approximately a 20 minute ride. Ample parking is available at the venue if you would like to drive, and you are welcome to leave your car overnight if needed. Please keep in mind that ride share apps (i.e. Uber, Lyft) can have limited availability near the venue.
