Ashley grew up in Northville, Michigan and loves to read, write, ski, hike, travel, learn about history, listen to Taylor Swift music, and paint. She completed her undergraduate degree in English at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her master's degree in Media Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University. She currently is a content strategist at Apple in Austin, Texas. She lived in Chicago and Washington, DC before coming to Austin and meeting the love of her life.

Jason grew up in North Hero, Vermont and Lake Havasu, Arizona. He is an avid skier, biker, runner, and outdoorsman. He enjoys playing the Beatles' songs on his guitar as well. He studied chemical engineering at Arizona State University for his undergraduate degree and at the Colorado School of the Mines for his master's degree. He is a senior research and development engineer at Tesla in Austin, Texas. He previously worked at Micron for eight years in Boise, Idaho and Washington, DC before he moved to Austin and met his love.
