When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 6th, 2024.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please do. While we are aware of some special requests of our guests already, please help us by disclosing any requests when you RSVP so we do not forget someone's request.
Question
Any special directions for entering or parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes - please enter through the gated entrance (Jared & Ashley are in front of the entrance in the picture on this page!). GPS may have you enter via Drain St. - do not use this entrance. From Drain St., the gated entrance is about 200 feet up the road. The Barns are located to the right as you enter the property. There will be signage for parking as well as parking attendants to direct you. Trolley and golf carts will be available to pick up guests from the parking lot and guide them to our ceremony site.

Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The remainder of the celebration will be held indoors. We are hoping for a beautiful spring day, but in the case of rain, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors in The Barns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will being promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive prior to this time, however no earlier than 2:30 pm so our vendors can ensure that everything is set up perfectly for our guests.

Springtime semi-formal attire is requested

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love our family and friend's kids, due to guest list constraints, we will be having an adult's only celebration. We hope the parents will enjoy our celebration as a date night!

Invitations will be addressed to our guests accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
During the cocktail hour and reception, will have an open bar for beer, wine, & our signature drinks. Soft drinks will also be included.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is no complimentary transportation arrangements provided to and from our venue. For those who may need to leave their vehicle overnight in order to get home safely after the festivities, our venue DOES allow parking of personal vehicles overnight. All vehicles must be picked up from StoneHurst by the next day (Sunday) no later than 11:00am. StoneHurst is not not responsible for vehicles left overnight. Please make sure cars are locked and you have your keys!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have room block booked at the Comfort Suites Near Casinos in Norwich, CT. Directions to book a room within our block is noted on our Travel page. There are various other local hotels, inns, and bed & breakfasts located in the area of our venue that are available for guests.
