Katie and I actually graduated high school together in 2008 but it wasn’t until the night I met Jim that our relationship grew into her being one of my very best friends and soon to be sister in law. Katie is the wife of one of Jim’s brothers and best men Andy, as well as being the mother to our two handsome ring bearers, Jack and Ben, and adorable flower girl Rowan. Katie is truly one of the most amazing mothers and friend I know, I am so thankful to have her in my life and standing next to me on the most important and amazing day of my life.

Andy is my brother and best friend. We literally talk almost every day on our way home from work. I had the honor of being his best man a few years ago. He has always been there for me and I am glad he will be again on my wedding day!

Haley and I have been friends for as long as I can remember, as she is also my cousin (third cousins, but hey it still counts!). How awesome is that? Cousin and best friend. I know, pretty awesome. Although our lives went in different directions after high school we have been blessed enough to stay close friends. With one of my favorite things about our friendship being the fact that each time I am able to see her it's as if nothing has changed and no time has passed, always picking up where we left off last. Our friendship has taught me what a true friend is. Haley is one of the most amazing people I know, and I truly mean that. She is a passionate, genuine friend that values everyone in her life. Through good times and bad she has always been there for me.

Phil is also my brother and my best friend. He has always been there to help me out through thick and thin without question. I was blessed to be in his wedding this past August and couldn’t be happier to have him by my side at my wedding.

Work can be tough — not to mention, boring. Sometimes, one of the only things that makes your job better are the people surrounding you. After all, whether we like it or not, we end up spending more time with our coworkers than our most of our family and friends. Friendship at work can truly make the difference between thriving and getting totally burned out. Simply put, Kelly is my work best friend. And to those of you without a work best friend, I'd highly suggest getting one.

I’ve known Joey for as long as I have known Ashley. From the first moment that Ashley introduced us he really truly welcomed me in to their family. Joey isn’t just Ashley’s Brother anymore, he really is a brother to me as well. I am thrilled to have a new brother and that Joey will be up there with us on our big day!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie the night I met Jim, and am so thankful I did. Jamie is the younger of Jim's two sisters, as well as the mother of Christian and Ashton, which are honestly two of the most kind hearted, well behaved and loving kids I know. And believe me I am not just saying that because they are my niece and nephew! Jamie is an amazing mom that would do anything for her two kids and entire family. She has welcomed me into the family since the first time I met her and I can't wait to call her my sister!

Matt has been my closest friend through most of my adult life. So much so that Andy, Phil and I often say that he is the fourth brother. Matt has always had my back whenever I have been in a jam. I am proud to call him a friend/brother and groomsman!

Beth is Jim's oldest sister and sibling. She is also an amazing wife and mother to three of the sweetest girls I know. Ever since I first met Beth I have been amazed watching her as a mother to Julia, Cami and Nola. She constantly puts others before herself and is one of the hardest workers I know. I am beyond blessed to have her in my life and be able to call her my sister.

Eric is and always has been somebody that I consider one of my closest friends. We have been friends since elementary school and were in separable through high school and beyond. He is truly the nicest, kindest person I know. Although, Eric lives in Montana and even conversations are rare, I still truly consider him one of my closest friends. And could not be happier to have him up there with me on my wedding day!

Four of the best years of my life were spent as a Maverick. Over my 4 years in Mankato, in addition to all the "studying" that was done I made sure to enjoy and experience all that college had to offer. I was lucky enough to have met Laura my very first day on freshman move in day, who would have thought one of my freshman roommates would become one of my best friends. Looking back on those four years I couldn't be more thankful for my friendship with Laura and the memories we made. She is one of the most kind hearted and genuine people I know.

Josh has been one of my closest friends since Elementary school and still is to this day. Whether we were just hanging out at Someone’s house after school 20 some years ago or hanging out at the last Vans Warped tour this summer, hanging out with Toledo will always be some of my best memories. I have always been protective of my little brother Joey, especially when it came to him dating. Any girl had to meet the older sisters’ standards of course, and mine were set high! I remember years ago hearing talk of their possibly being a new lady in Joeys life and it wasn't until he FINALLY decided it was time for her to meet the family that I got the pleasure of meeting Kaitlin. That first night was all it took for our family to fall in love with Kaitlin, and without a doubt surpassing any standards I had for anyone dating my little brother! She is not only my brother’s girlfriend but a great friend as well.

Rick is my cousin and more importantly a close friend. They say cousins are your oldest friends and that is true in this case with Rick being my cousin closest in age to me... I have literally known him his entire life and most of mine. He is a great guy and I’m lucky to have him as a cousin, friend, and groomsman!

Erin and I have been best friends for as long as I can remember, with us often being referred to as the “giggle buddies”. All through high school we were literally inseparable. She was and is my sista from another mista, often telling people we were sisters! And although in the recent years we have gone our own ways, with Erin and her husband John moving to Iowa, we have still stayed close and love seeing each other when we are able. Knowing each time we do it will always be a good time!

Joey is again a cousin and a close friend. Joey is one of my youngest cousins... I even baby sat him way back when. Now that he doesn’t need a babysitter anymore we just call it hanging out. Joey is a great all around guy who is sure to get you to crack a smile. I’m honored to have him up there with me on my big day!

Jason is one of my cousins as well as a great friend of Jim and I's. Some of my absolute favorite memories growing up included Jason. From the time we walked from his parents house to our grandparents, in the middle of the winter may I add, to our summer trips up north to the cabin, to constantly fighting over who is grandma's favorite (which we all know is obviously me) we always enjoy our time together. And although he may now live a thousand miles away in Arizona, Jim and I love going to visit and staying in touch. While planning our wedding it was an obvious we both wanted him to be apart of our big day.
