How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. To help us with our planning, if you know you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Vizcaya prior to 10:30am as the ceremony begins promptly at 11am. The coordinator will be waiting for everyone at the front gate from 10:15am - 10:30am. They will guide everyone together to the ceremony location at 10:30am. If you do arrive prior to 10:15am and the coordinators are not there yet, please wait for them at the front gate of Vizcaya.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Parking at Vizacaya is free but be sure to arrive early to find parking.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at Vizcaya, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We ask that the named people in the formal invitation are in attendance. Plus ones will be able to join us later at the after party. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to all be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Is the wedding outside? Will the ceremony be seated?

Answer

Yes! Vizcaya is a garden, so please make sure to keep hydrated throughout the morning. No, unfortunately Vizcaya does not allow for seats as this is considered an elopement. If you are unable to stand for a period of time, please reach out to us so we can discuss further.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
