when should rsvp by?

Answer

Kindly respond by August 25, 2026, so that we may finalize arrangements with our venue and vendors. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will miss celebrating with you and will assume you’re unable to attend. We truly appreciate your timely response and hope you can join us on our special day.

Where is the ceremony and what time will the ceremony start?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM and will be held at: 6206 Haden Drive Hitchcock, Texas 77563 We kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins. We are so looking forward to sharing this special moment with you.

what is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal / garden attire. We invite guests to dress in elegant, polished attire while keeping in mind the outdoor setting. Lightweight fabrics and appropriate footwear are recommended. Kindly note that shades of burgundy are reserved for the bridal party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see everyone beautifully dressed for this special day.

Boots, flats, block heels, and dress shoes are going to be best for the outdoor setting.

Is there going to be an open bar?

Answer

While there will not be a traditional bar, we’ll be offering a variety of alcoholic canned beverages and cocktails during the celebration.

Can i bring my child/plus one?

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend, including plus ones and children if listed. Thank you so much for understanding as we plan our special day we’re so excited to celebrate with you.

where should i park and should we carpool?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited, so we recommend carpooling if you can. There will be signage on site to guide you to the correct parking areas.
