Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! The formal date to RSVP is April 30th, 2025. If you need additional time, please let us know. We will need the total number of guests by the end of April to begin setting up the room/ accommodations and for ordering the food for the reception.

Will there be shuttles from Lisbon and back to Lisbon?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles to the hotels on Thursday, August 28th and shuttles back to Lisbon on Sunday, August 31st. More details to follow once we get head count and identify the individuals that need shuttles from Lisbon.

Where do I need to make a hotel/ room reservation?

Answer

You don't have to! It's already been taken care of for Thursday- Sunday. The bride and groom know you trekked across the Atlantic to celebrate so the rooms will be reserved and paid for by us. Depending on the amount of guests, there is a chance that your room may be off-site in another hotel nearby. There will be transportation between the off-site hotel and the main hotel, Torre de Palma.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For those guests that are staying at another hotel nearby, we will be providing transportation via bus between the main site and the additional hotel for all days of the event (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

What meals are provided?

Answer

Breakfast is offered at a small fee at Torre De Palma (20 Euro/pp). Lunch will also be part of your room package daily. There is a restaurant on site, Palma, and is open 8 AM- 10 PM daily. There is also room service available 24/7. Meals that will be covered by the bride and groom are: Thursday's Welcome Dinner, Friday's Reception Dinner and Late Night snack, Saturday's BBQ lunch.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Since we are having everyone come this far for the wedding, we will be having multiple events daily- from Thursday, August 28th to Sunday, August 31st. Details of the events will be posted closer to the wedding.

What is the dress code for the wedding and reception?

Answer

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but we are not going to be extending the invite to children, with the exception of the niece and nephews. Thanks for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are quite a few places to park. We are offering transportation from Lisbon to the venue but if you would like to rent a car, you will have a place to park at the hotel.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a small registry but please don't feel obligated. Registry link should be included on the Zola website. We also have a house fund and honeymoon fund available if you would like to gift towards either.

What is there to do at Torre de Palma outside of the wedding events?

Answer

We HIGHLY encourage our guests to look into all Torre De Palma has to offer.
