FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's will be going out at the beginning of 2026. Please stay tuned for more information! When invitations arrive, please ensure all RSVP's are in by 01 May 2026 to ensure we have accurate numbers for our vendors. For those who do not RSVP by our set date, regrettably we will have to mark you as not attending and will not factor you into our final guest count.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through our Zola website an amazon. Please refer to the "Registry" tab, or visit https://zola.com/registry/asheyandgiovanni2026

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM for a prompt ceremony start at 4:00 PM. Guests who arrive late will not be allowed to join the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guest dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. We understand North Carolina can be hot in June, but please refrain from wearing jeans and ensure dresses are an appropriate length. We ask that guests avoid wearing white, emerald green, and plum, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity we cannot accommodate plus ones. Your invitations have been addressed to the individuals invited and have included the seats we have reserved for you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, we are opting for an adult only (21+) and child-free wedding, with the exclusion of those in the wedding party. Please use this as a date night, on us!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away and out of sight during our ceremony and all guests are mentally present. Please don't be the one person leaning into the aisle with a phone, its cliché. We have paid a lot for our photographer and videographer's services and would like them to capture the moment without interruption. However, during the rest of the evening following the ceremony's close, we would love for you to capture all your favorite moments to share with us! All cell phone use is allowed during cocktail hour and reception, permitting it does not interfere with the photographer and videographer.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are in the process of reserving a hotel block for June 19 and 20 for those traveling for the wedding. In addition, there are numerous Airbnb's in the areas surrounding the venue. Please check out listings in Coats, Angier, Benson, Lillington and surrounding areas to the venue!

Question

What is a Pittsburgh Cookie Table?

Answer

A Pittsburgh Cookie Table is a cherished tradition in Pennsylvania, often featuring a massive array of homemade cookies prepared by family and friends. In honor of Giovanni's PA heritage, we are implementing this tradition on our special day. Guests are more than welcome, but not required, to prepare a dessert for sharing! If you plan to contribute, please respond accordingly to the corresponding section of the RSVP and coordinate with the bride and groom on when to drop these off!

Question

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

A selection of beer and wine will be provided at no cost to our guests for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception from the venue's bar.
