We’re so grateful you’re coming to celebrate with us! At the end of the night, please feel free to slip out quietly—no need to track us down for goodbyes. We’ll be busy soaking in every moment and would prefer not to be interrupted. We may not catch everyone before the night ends, but know we love you and are so happy you came.
Please scan the QR code on the RSVP card or navigate to RSVP tab of our website to RSVP. We kindly ask that all RSVP's are in by 14 May 2026 to ensure we have accurate numbers for our vendors. Anyone who do not RSVP by our set date, regrettably we will have to mark you as not attending and will not be able to accommodate you.
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but should you choose to honor our marriage with a gift we would greatly appreciate it! We are registered through our Zola website with amazon and Target but would prefer contributions to our honeymoon funds. Please refer to the "Registry" tab or visit https://zola.com/registry/asheyandgiovanni2026. We kindly ask our friends and family to stick to our registry and refrain from giving gifts outside of our chosen needs.
Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM and seated by 3:50 for a prompt ceremony start at 4:00 PM. Guests who arrive after 3:50 will not be allowed to attend the ceremony to prevent disruptions and delays. Do not to arrive to the venue prior to 3:15 as the wedding party will be out taking photos on the property and the bride would like to remain unseen. If you get out of your car anyway, you will be asked to return to your vehicle until the wedding party is hidden.
We request that our guest dress in garden party, semi-formal or cocktail attire (see gallery for inspiration!). We understand North Carolina can be hot in June, but please refrain from wearing jeans or shorts, and ensure dresses are an appropriate length. Suits, khakis and sports coats are recommended for the guys and knee-length and midi-length dresses with appropriate coverage are recommended for the girls! Avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, and emerald green, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party. A little tip: For the ladies wearing your best heels, consider bringing a backup pair of sandals for the dancefloor!
Due to venue capacity, and because we prefer to keep our special day more intimate, we cannot accommodate plus ones in any capacity. Invitations have been addressed only to the individuals invited. If someone in your party is unable to attend, unfortunately you cannot fill their seat with another individual. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
As much as we love your littles, we are opting for an adult only (21+) and child-free wedding, with the exclusion of those in the wedding party. Please use this as a date night, on us!
NO! Please ensure that all phones and cameras are put away and out of sight during our ceremony and all guests are mentally present. Please don't be the one person leaning into the aisle with a phone, its cliché. We have paid a lot for our photographer and videographer's services and would like them to capture the moment without interruption. However, during the rest of the evening following the ceremony's end, we would love for you to capture all your favorite moments to share with us! All cell phone use is allowed during cocktail hour and reception, permitting it does not interfere with the photographer and videographer.

A Pittsburgh Cookie Table is a cherished tradition in Pennsylvania, often featuring a massive array of homemade cookies prepared by family and friends. In honor of Giovanni's PA heritage, we are implementing this tradition on our special day. Guests are more than welcome, but not required, to prepare a dessert for sharing! If you plan to contribute, please respond accordingly to the corresponding section of the RSVP and coordinate with the bride and groom on when to drop these off!
A selection of beer and wine will be provided at no cost to our guests for the duration of the cocktail hour and reception from the venue's bar. Drink responsibly!
When you RSVP, there will be a prompt to let us know of any possible food allergens and restrictions you may have. We will try to be as accommodating as possible.
If any of you know us, you know we love to blast our music and rock out. This is your advanced notice that the reception playlist will be HEAVILY explicit. If you see Ash getting down to Lil Jon, don't say we didn't warn you.
