Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will both take place in the Live Oak Ballroom and Gardens at The Oaks in Ponchatoula, LA, located at 18444 LA-22, Ponchatoula, LA 70453. Upon arrival, you'll find signage guiding you to the right side of the property where the Live Oak Ballroom and Gardens are situated.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors in the gardens beneath the canopy of large oak trees. Following the ceremony, we'll celebrate together in the ballroom for our reception.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love for everyone to take advantage of this special occasion and look their best! We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. For women, cocktail or midi-length dresses are perfect. For men, a sports coat or suit jacket is encouraged. Please no jeans or white attire.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this night will exclusively be adults only (21+). Enjoy a relaxing evening and/or date night - on us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to a limit on capacity and space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be stated on your invitation.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phone and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We are pleased to offer an open bar serving beer and wine for our guests to enjoy. For those who wish to indulge in mixed drinks or spirits, a cash bar will be available.
