I thought we met on my first day at my new job at Best Buy, but Gaby says he saw me the day of our interview. I was so nervous that day I didn't even notice him trying to talk to me! Our first date was on November 29, 2011, we ended up talking until 4am on top of his old Saturn Vue in front of a random pizza place. We started out as friends but Gaby's huge heart and persistence captured my heart very quickly. I remember the day he told me he first loved me as I was taking my seat belt off to go back home. The look on his face in that moment will forever be one of my favorite memories...

So I walk into to Best Buy for an interview and they sit me next to this beautiful girl. Before I could say a word however, she was called into her interview. After my interview was done and they asked me if I had any questions for them, I only needed to know one thing, did the girl before me get the job? One of the managers laughed and said he thought so. I was excited to say the least. So we both get the job and get put in the same department; how lucky can a guy get, right? After countless terrible jokes and even more goofball moments, she hates me. Fast forward a few months and I was starting to just try anything to talk to her, so I ask her for employee pricing on some Beats headphones because I knew she was working that day. Well she didnt reply all day and when she finally did it was 1:25am. Lucky for me she was having Isabella and a friend over that night and they were up talking all night and they convince Ashley to reply and she did. I was awake and replied immediately of course and after a quick chat about the headphones and how tf she knew the pricing at midnight, I told her I was hungry and asked her out for some food (I know its 2am but you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take) to which she said she’s not hungry but she’ll accompany me. Well obviously I had to go so I snuck out of my parents house and went straight to her house.... at which point she forgets I’m coming and leaves me waiting outside her house for what feels like an etternity but was really only about 10 minutes. She finally answers and comes out and we go to a 24 hour pizza place that was pretty much the only thing open and talk for hours until the “24 hour” place closes for the night but I didn’t want it to end so I sat on my hood and kept it going as long as I could. Its almost 6am now so I drop her off and make it home just before sunrise and the rest is history.
