The Disney Wish departs from Port Canaveral, Florida (near Orlando). Guests who are sailing with us can travel to the port by car, shuttle, or Disney Cruise Line transfers from Orlando International Airport or Walt Disney World Resort. Full details will be shared with booked guests.
Prices vary by stateroom type and number of guests. Disney Cruise Line will provide quotes based on your preferred room category and length of stay. Please contact our travel coordinator (or DCL directly) for exact rates.
No specific package is required, but we recommend booking early for the best rates and preferred stateroom category. Our wedding is part of the sailing, so once you’re onboard you’ll have access to the ceremony and reception events.
The ceremony typically lasts 20–30 minutes, followed by a reception of about 1–2 hours.
Wedding will be held at the Atrium (middle of the ship), however, we will know exact details for the reception closer to the sail date.
Disney Cruise Line does not allow non-sailing guests onboard. All wedding guests must be booked on the sailing.
All sailing guests can enjoy the ship’s many amenities—pools, live shows, dining, lounges, kids’ clubs, and more. If you’re not in the wedding party, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to relax and explore.
Yes! Disney Cruise Line is family-friendly. Kids’ clubs, character meet-and-greets, and family activities are included. There are also adult-exclusive spaces for grown-up fun.
Yes! While the wedding day will be our main celebration, we’d love to connect throughout the cruise. We’ll share optional meet-up times for group activities like shows, dinners, or an excursion at Castaway Cay.
Disney Cruise Line automatically adds gratuities for stateroom hosts, dining staff, and rotational servers to your onboard account. Additional tipping for bartenders, room service, and spa staff is appreciated but not required.
Your presence is the greatest gift! Since we’ll be traveling, we kindly ask that any physical gifts be shipped to our home. For those who’d like, we have set up a registry and a cash fund for our first home.
Yes! We’ve created a registry that includes a cash fund for our future home, along with a few other options. Details are available on our wedding website.
For the ceremony and reception, we suggest semi-formal to formal attire. Think sundresses, dress shirts, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or suits. Love a good floral moment! Since the ship is air-conditioned and we may also be outdoors, comfort is key. Disney Cruise Line also hosts optional themed nights (like Pirate Night!), which are a fun chance to dress up.
Ceremony and reception locations are assigned by Disney Cruise Line and cannot be customized. However, guests can book their own onboard activities, spa treatments, and excursions through the Disney Cruise Line website or app once reservations open.
Yes! We’ll plan at least one additional gathering—details will be shared closer to the cruise.
