Maid of Honor
My maid of honor is my big sister, the person who’s known me longer and better than anyone else. We grew up sharing a room, stealing each other’s clothes, and having late-night talks over whatever midnight snack we could piece together, moments that shaped us in all the best ways. She’s been my constant, someone I can always lean on, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side on one of the biggest days of my life.
Best Man
Kalvin is my best man and my longest-known friend. We’ve made countless memories since we were kids, some of which definitely weren’t our best decisions, but we had a lot of fun along the way. He’s one of the best athletes I know, someone I loved sharing the baseball field with, and he’s been there for me through the toughest times. He’s always someone I can lean on, and I’m grateful to have him standing by my side.
Bridesmaid
Meghan is someone I have known since forever. She’s been by my side since our earliest days at preschool and all the way through walking at high school graduation together. We’ve shared so many memories, from Girl Scout camps to movie-night sleepovers and every family game night in between. I feel so lucky to have her as a bridesmaid, continuing our lifelong journey of memories together.
Groomsman
Stone has been a lifelong friend since our Little League days, and he’s always been the guy I can count on to make me laugh no matter what. We’ve been through more adventures than either of us could probably retell accurately, but that’s what makes our friendship what it is. The wedding wouldn’t feel the same without having him as one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
Maille is another friend who I have also known forever. We grew up side by side through various sports, getting ready for school dances, and countless family holiday parties. She’s always been there for me, bringing fun, energy, and support along the way. I’m so grateful for her friendship and to have her by my side as we celebrate this new chapter.
Groomsman
Dom is one of my lifelong friends, from childhood sleepovers and Little League to playing at T-Mobile Park in high school, where he made a game-saving play, he’s always been right by my side. He’s supported me and my goals every step of the way and is one of the smartest people I know, someone I’ve always respected both on and off the field. I’m truly grateful to call him a friend and to have him standing with me as one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
I’ve known Makayla for years, but it was towards the end of high school that our friendship really grew, and it’s only grown stronger since. From practicing cheer moves in our bedrooms, to hammocking and having long talks, to all the hours we’ve spent camped out in coffee shops, she’s been there through so many moments that shaped me. I’m incredibly grateful for every memory we’ve made and even more grateful to have her by my side on this special day.
Groomsman
I met Jalen a little later in life, about midway through college while playing summer baseball, and we connected instantly, talking about everything from music to sports and realizing we shared the same interests in just about everything. He’s one of the most respectful and intellectual guys I’ve ever met, and someone I’ve always admired. It’s an honor to have him be a part of this moment and stand with me as a groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Katie was the very first friend I made after moving to Washington, and she quickly turned a new place into somewhere that felt like home. We spent countless hours playing volleyball together, going on adventures, and making Dutch runs. From the first night in our apartment, just hanging out and eating pizza on the living room floor, to being there for each other through so many big moments. I’m so lucky to have her standing with me as my bridesmaid.
Groomsman
I met Hunter during our time playing JUCO ball, and we hit it off instantly, talking about everything from music and our favorite baseball players to hitting the town on the weekends. Even though he lives in California now, we always make time to see each other when he’s back in Seattle, and we make new memories every time (usually involving an M’s game and a win). I’m excited to stand with him at his upcoming wedding, and even more excited to have him as one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
Natalie became one of my closest friends during our college years, bonding over many hours on the volleyball court and spontaneous trips to the mall. She’s someone I’ve always been able to count on for honest advice, and her friendship has been a constant source of support and laughter. I couldn’t imagine celebrating this special day without her by my side.
Groomsman
Jonny became one of my best friends during our time at Olympic College playing JUCO ball, from long days hanging out in the bullpen to kicking back at our apartment after practice. He’s always been one of the funniest guys around and someone who made those years unforgettable. I’m really glad to not only call him a close friend, but to have him standing with me as one of my groomsmen.
Bridesmaid
Alexis and I met at work over a year ago, but it didn’t take long for her to become someone I consider an essential part of my life. From laughing together over small moments to leaning on each other through life’s ups and downs, we’ve shared a lot and grown really close. Her kindness, authenticity, and uplifting spirit are qualities I deeply admire, and I’m truly grateful to have her in my life and by my side on this memorable day.
Groomsman
I’ve only known Nathan for a little over two years, but it feels like we’ve been friends much longer because of how quickly we became close. From talking about fishing in Alaska to watching football on the weekends, we share a lot of the same interests, and he’s become a genuinely great friend of mine. Nathan is one of the most understanding and supportive people I’ve met, and I’m grateful to have him as one of my groomsmen.
