We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you’ll enjoy a night to celebrate with us kid-free!
We kindly ask that only the people listed on your save the date attend. Our venue has limited capacity, and we’re keeping things intimate — thank you for understanding!
Yes — we strongly recommend renting a car if you're flying in. Orlando is very spread out, and there won’t be group transportation. With lots of guests and our bridal party staying farther from the venue, we unfortunately can’t provide rides.
There won’t be shuttles or group transportation to or from the venue. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time to arrive at the Mead Botanical Gardens on Saturday, the 11th, before 10:00 AM.
If you're not part of the bridal party, we ask that you book your own hotel, motel, or Airbnb. Check the “Travel” section of this site for nearby recommendations!
Yes! We’ll have options available — just let us know your dietary preferences when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Please arrive by 10:00 AM sharp — the ceremony will begin shortly after, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and ready!
The ceremony will be outdoors at a garden, so dressy-casual or semi-formal is perfect. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking on grass or uneven ground. (No white please!!!)
October in Orlando is usually warm and breezy, with plenty of sunshine. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably — and don’t worry, we’ve got a beautiful indoor backup plan just in case!
We’re asking guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so our photographers can capture the moment — but after that, snap away!
Yes! There is plenty of free parking for guests, and it is located right next to where the ceremony will be held!
For any additional questions or accommodation needs, feel free to text the groom at 203-361-5881 — he’s happy to help!
