Your wedding's on a weekday?!
Answer
YES, we've rented Horsehead Top of the Mountain from Monday, October 26th - Thursday, October 29th! Keeping in mind that we have many guests traveling quite the mileage in order to celebrate with us, we decided to make it a week-long event!

What's planned for the week?
Answer
Monday : Arrive, unload, some setup, take in the sights (the mountain views which tower over the lake are STUNNING). That evening we'll gather around a campfire to soak up friends and family. There are hiking trails, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, a pickleball court, outdoor golf simulator and pool tables...something for everyone! If you'd like to rent a sxs, just let us know (they are pricey to rent, just a note). We are bringing our own, you are free to do so as well! Tuesday : We will begin preparing the Louisiana Menu, finalizing decor, take a sxs ride, wet a line, place final touches and spend the evening gathered around a fire with friends and family. Wednesday : MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND! This will be a day you can spend down at the lake, relaxing before the ceremony, doing your own thing or a bit of all the above. Ceremony begins at 5:30 P.M. Reception immediately following. Thursday : Pack up, load up and head home.

What if I can only come to the ceremony and reception?
Answer
That's fine! Some people are staying Monday-Thursday, others are coming 1 night/2days and some are only able to come to the wedding festivities. If you live nearby and are working on our wedding day, feel free to come by on any of the other days. We'd love to see you!

While we won't have an open bar, we don't mind you bringing your own!

Where are you registered at for gifts?

Your presence is our present! Truly, we don't "need" a thing. For those insistent in gift-giving, they'll be a QR code at the reception which is linked to our honeymoon (a road trip to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Glacier and Banff, Canada)!

Are there cabins available? What will our lodging look like?
Answer
All cabins on-site are booked, however, we do have two lodges which sleep 28 (14 &14). If you're needing to stay, please let us know immediately so we can plan for that. These are free stays...just understand that you'll be sharing a space with others. If you want a more private stay, I have linked additional, off-site, nearby cabins available for you to rent. Also, there are hotels available in Clarksville for you to book.

What's the dress code?

I've been getting this question A LOT! It is more important that you're there to celebrate with us...some will be getting off work and driving straight to the wedding/reception. We don't want you to miss our special day based on your attire! We have many first responders coming....feel free to come in uniform if you need! But for those planning to be off and wanting a more direct answer, I'd say cocktail/Dressy-Casual/Sunday Best <3
