When is the RSVP deadline?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

While we love kids, we respectfully ask that our special be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements for our special day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

# Refined Answer We're envisioning a garden party aesthetic for our celebration. We'd love to see floral midi dresses or light-colored suits paired with pastels, brights, florals, or soft neutrals. Light, breezy fabrics like chiffon, linen, or lace would be perfect for the occasion.

Where will the ceremony & reception be?

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Wood Stone Country Club. Upon arrival, you'll find signage guiding you to the back parking lot adjacent to the garden. A short pathway leads down to the ceremony grounds, and the venue will provide golf cart transportation for any guests who need assistance accessing the garden.

Will there be hotel accomidations?

We have reserved a room block at The Lodge. Please book your stay by June 1st, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block, Mention the Roth's wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. All reservations must be made by calling the Lodge directly.

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Doors open 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, giving you plenty of time to make the short 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space and settle into your seat.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Guest will walk to the garden on paved pathways but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stilettos or otherwise thin heels are not recommended.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guest to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. How ever we do recommend bringing cash or credit cards along if you plan to attend the after-party, as this will be cash bar.

What time will your wedding reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 10pm, after which there will be an after-party at Timber at Woodstone Country club. There will be a cash bar and complementary late night bites.
