We totally get it and your health and safety are our number one priority. We'd never want you to do anything you're not comfortable with! Traveling to California is a destination for many of you and you should do what you are comfortable with, we mean it! We do recommend that you book refundable accommodation as soon as possible as hotels aren't yet operating at full capacity and the price point increases weekly. The same goes for airfare. Book early to get a great deal and just be sure your ticket is cancelable. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.
The ceremony will be held outside on the polo lawn at Klentner Ranch. Please wear sensible shoes.
Though it is too early to tell exactly, expect clear blue skies and temperatures typically in the 70s during the day and mid-high 60s at night.
Yes! There will be an outside cocktail hour and reception following the ceremony. All events will take place at Klentner Ranch.
If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just your fantastic self!
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Email us if you need help coordinating a local babysitter. Our wedding planner has a ton of great suggestions!
Please don't! We will do everything possible to be sure you are on the shuttle, including having multiple departure times. There is no parking at the venue and travel by Uber, cabs, and/or personal cars is not permitted on the property.
Uber is abundant in Santa Barbara and most beaches are within walking distance from Downtown and State Street. However, if you plan to day trip to the San Ynez Valley or Los Olivos wine country, hike near Lake Cachuma or explore nearby surf beaches and towns, we definitely recommend having a car. Downtown Santa Barbara is a totally walkable city and biking is also highly recommended and safe!
