When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 12, 2025.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the listed start time to park and get settled prior to the proceedings. Please note, our venue is nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina, with a single-lane road entering the venue. As such, there may be extended travel times.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear cocktail/semi-formal attire. For gentlemen we suggest a suit and tie, and for the ladies a cocktail or floor-length dress.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we also love your little ones, for this special occasion as well as venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, the guest list is restricted to those named on the invitation.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

To fully enjoy this moment with our loved ones, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. As such, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we have a professional photographer capturing the special moments.

Is smoking permitted at Castle Ladyhawke?

Answer

Castle Ladyhawke is a smoke free venue. The only location on property where smoking is permitted is the gravel lot located outside the entrance of the venue.
