Depending on who you ask their love story either started when Danté told Donovan that Ashley will one day be his, or when Ashley told her sister's friends "I call dibs". However, both can agree that Ashley made the first move by bidding $10 and winning Danté in the SAE date auction. To Ashley's surprise when she got to the party she was tied to Danté until they finished their bottle of Fireball. Ashley being the shy freshman she was decided that she needed to chug as much as she could to get untied from the guy she just met. Fast forward 15 minutes, Ashley has finished half the bottle of alcohol, because Danté could not hold his own. Ashley's big took one look at her and realized she needed to be brought upstairs. That's when Ashley's best friend came to the rescue and picked her up from the party. Needless to say, Danté didn't let Ashley being embarrassed stop them from being together. They spent almost every weekend moving forward together, but then it was time for summer. The two went back to their hometowns and only got to see each other twice before going back to school. They picked up right where they left off and the rest is history.
