4:30pm- Guests begin to arrive
5pm-Ceremony
5:30pm-Cocktail Hour
6:30- Guests are seated
6:35- Intros of wedding party/first dance/parent dances/welcome
6:50- Dinner Service
7:45- Speeches/toasts
8:00-Dance floor opens
8:45- Cake cutting/dessert is stationed
9:45- Last call for alcohol
10:00- Reception ends
