Dakota and Ashley met while both out with friends at Bar 145 in Miamisburg, OH. Dakota and his friend came up to Ashley and her friend while sitting outside by the fire. After some chatting back and forth Dakota asked Ashley if she'd like to go out sometime. Obviously she said yes because here we are!

Their first date was at The Greene on a Wednesday night. They went to Brio and had drinks and appetizers and then did the same at The Pub. They hung around the Greene for a while walking and talking. It was sometime before there was a second date though because Dakota went out of town and then Ashley did. But about 3 weeks later they finally had a second date!

It happened while in Cincinnati, OH for Dakota's client party with his co-worker/friend and her husband. Dakota was doing his annual client giveaway on Facebook live due to COVID. At the end of it he said he had one more giveaway... Ashley had no idea what he was giving away because there was nothing left! But then he said his heart and got down on one knee and proposed! She was completely surprised! She had no idea or she would have gotten her nails done!
