When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, all plus ones that are allowed to the ceremony and reception have already been extended an invite!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, unfortunately no children are welcome. We understand if child care is a reason you may not be able to make it and we extend our condolences! This celebration will not be fit for children!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress cocktail/formal! The ceremony and reception will both be outside so please remember that when deciding your shoes! (knee length/floor length dresses, suits, wear something you don't get to wear often :) we will be in the middle of a park in the middle of October so make sure to consider that while making your choice!)

Can I wear white?

Answer

It is suggested to please not wear white, including no primarily white clothes with patterns! If the clothing item is mostly white, better to just choose something else! A white shirt under a suit coat won't kill anyone, but if you wear a white gown someone might kill you!

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Light yellow, mulberry, burgundy, and other berry/jewel tones!

I have a food allergy, can I make a request?

Please let us know if you have any food allergies that you have not already disclosed, we will do what we can to accommodate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will have to drive from your hotel to the ceremony and to the reception! The ceremony and reception are less than a 5 minute drive from each other, please consider carpooling, you can park at Camp Carson and cross the street over to Creasey!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be two pre mixed drinks inside Creasey Lodge. We will not be able to have the Alcohol dispensers or punch bowls outside, but you can bring your cup outside! We will have other alcoholic drinks such as wine as well as non alcoholic like sodas and water!

Where is everything?

Answer

Please get acclimated with the Douthat State Park map! There is unfortunately no cell service once you enter the park. If you would like a map please reach out prior to the event!
