We have a room block scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Please book by December 1 so that additional rooms can be added to the block if needed. To book, call the hotel directly & reference the "Forbes Wedding Room Block" 1 King bed: $159.00/night (sleeps 4) 2 Queen beds: $179.00/night (sleeps 6) We've been given a 1PM Early Check-In for the rooms included on the room block. For whatever reason if your room isn't ready, there will be a number of us staying at the hotel the night prior who will have room for you!

Shuttle to & from Venue

Pick Up Location: Residence Inn, Great Valley/Malvern Hotel to Venue: 1:30-2:55PM Venue to Hotel: 7:30-9:30PM The hotel is only 5-10 minutes from the venue, and the shuttle will be making numerous trips during the scheduled windows. That being said, the bus can only accommodate 40 people per trip. Please plan accordingly.
